1. What is tips4earth?
With more than 25,000 tips, tips4earth offers travellers selected information for over 182 destinations in over 40 countries.
Every day, tips4earth information is delivered to tour operators, travel agencies and travel portals, where the locations are displayed in relation to the hotel selected by the customer. In addition to the customer's hotel, the display will also include all major "Points of Interest" in the surrounding area, including exhibitions, bars, cafés, restaurants, museums, attractions, shops and many other locations of interest to travellers.
2. How can I get my location on the maps?
We are glad that you would like to have your location on our maps. Perhaps we have already taken care of this for you.
Try searching for your location using the search bar to see if it is already entered.
If you do not find your location, you can register now. It's free, and you can enter your location right away.
3. How does my information reach travellers??
Once you have registered and entered your information, our editorial team will verify the data and put it online within 24 hours. Your information will then be available on www.tips4earth.com and our business partners' portals.
Please note that we can only put your information online if it is complete, i.e. a picture and a short descriptive text should be included.
Here's an example: Let's say you own a bicycle hire company in Berlin or a restaurant in Majorca.
When a traveller books a holiday or a hotel online with one of the major tour operators we deliver to (e.g. www.its.de), she or he has the option to view a map with tips for the hotel vicinity.
If your bicycle hire company or restaurant is in the vicinity of the hotel, the traveller will see it on the map and can access the information you provide us with: From your address to a picture with descriptive text, even your current special offers.
4. What options do I have regarding how my information is displayed?
We mark your location on a map with the appropriate icon and provide a link to the information you provide us with.
Regarding how your information is displayed, you may choose between a BlueCard, a SilverCard and a GoldCard.
On reaching their destination, travellers additionally receive an individual 'Destination Guide' with recommendations. We will gladly include your location's name, address and description in such guides for hotels in your area.

5. Can I include more than one location?
Of course. You can include all of your locations in our maps. You can decide which level of service you require for each location.
With the choice of a SilverCard or GoldCard and with a minimum of 20 entered locations, we offer you even more service:
- You can select the icon for your locations on our maps. (e.g. your company logo instead of the generic icon).
- It is possible to have a direct link from the map to your website or online shop.
- We will take care of the data entry procedure for you.
